MY TOP 3 FOUNDATIONS FOR COMBINATION SKIN

There’s nothing better than finding the perfect foundation for your skin tone and most importantly skin type. There’s been times when I’ve bought foundations mainly recommended by popular beauty gurus on Youtube and have ended up looking like a blotchy mess until I realised everybody has different skin. After years of experimenting with foundations (It took being orange probably about 1/4 of those years using a MAC foundation 2 times too dark) I have finally found some foundations that work very effectively on my combination skin.

1.Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Stick Foundation

I had to put this one first because out of them all it’s probably my favourite. I use it for the perfect natural glowy look but mostly for special occasions because of the price haha. It is very buildable but as I said I prefer it for a natural look, although in the past I have worn it full coverage.

2.Fenty Beauty Longwear Foundation

This is the foundation I use for everyday wear and it does not disappoint. It sets more and more into your skin gradually throughout the day, so it creates the effect that you have clear even skin instead of skin caked in foundation which none of us want anyways. I’ve never found it too drying or too oily on my face which is why I’d recommend it to anyone with combination skin.

3.Benefit’s Hello Flawless Foundation

My first proper foundation that I got colour matched and genuinely looked good on me was surprise surprise this one. I’ve been using it for years and it still never fails me. I use it mostly now for a glowy look because it includes illuminating elements but never gets too oily to the point where I look like I’m in the Sahara Dessert.
