Getting more positive energy wasn’t an overnight accomplishment, in fact I’m still now focusing on it on a daily but in all honesty it’s took me years to lead up to this point. I’ve made changes and sacrificed friendships all in the search for more positive energy and although it seems harsh, It’s one of the best things I’ve ever taught myself to do. Last year was tough on my mental health for a lot of reasons. From all of this I learnt numerous things about life, but most importantly how to grow my personal wellness and the importance of self love and respect along the way.
I think it’s easy to get caught up in the perfect lives you see online and start questioning where you’ve gone wrong. I felt this way for a while before completely changing my mindset. I’ve worked hardddd this year on my personal growth and how to find the good in almost everything. I’ve learnt how to achieve things that will benefit me and how not to feel bad in knowing I deserve more in certain points in life. It’s hard to put into words the importance of energy but it’s something we’re all constantly having to deal with from day to day and the route to everyone’s metal health so why wouldn’t you consider working on it?
If you already feel that you’re radiating your best energy already then carry on slaying sis. This is a personal achievement and not everyone is going to want the same outcome. For me, working on my energy enabled me to do more, to walk around with more confidence and not think too much into things. It’s not easy but It’s important. It’s not only the key to success in a work environment but also within your own personal development. I also learnt the importance of girls supporting girls in a world where everything seems to be a competition from success down to looks. A females voice will always be the hardest to hear until we change that, and how can we do that by always going against one another?
My energy now is to strive and work hard mainly for myself. I post selfies for me, doll up for me, eat good for me, exercise for me because who are “they”? at the end of the day it will always be myself I’m working for and my personal development has confirmed that. Other people’s idea of me is not my responsibility to live up too and it took me a damn long time to realise all of this. Falling in love with myself was a power move and without working on my energy first I couldn’t have achieved this positive impact so quickly. You spend your entire life in your head, so you have to make sure it’s a comfortable place.
Thank you for reading, I hope I have persuaded you all to focus a lot more on positive energy because of the amazing difference it can make to a persons well being. My journey has been long but successful and I hope to encourage individuals like me to feel the same.
