MARCH FAVORITES

Damnn it’s April already?! I hope you all had an amazing March and spent it well with your friends & family. This is a new series to my blog that I hope to continue in the future, but since march has been such a great month for me in experimenting with new beauty products and fashion items, I decided I would do a favorites post to recommend some of the things I’ve been loving this month to hopefully help some of you guys out.

Violet Voss ‘Holy Grail’ eyeshadow palette

Getting straight into things, this palette is one that I’ve been loving for wayy longer than just a month but I have been using a lot more frequently lately so thought I would begin with this one. This is the Violet Voss Pro ‘Holy Grail’ eyeshadow palette. It includes 20 different eyeshadow shades that are all extremely pigmented and up to high end beauty product standards. In the near future I will be doing a few looks using this palette as I love it that much so look out for that! I use this all the time and was kindly gifted it for my birthday by my Grandma last year and surprisingly I haven’t yet hit pan on any shade so for the amount of product you get and pigmentation it is definitely worth the whopping £43.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Stick Foundation

This is a foundation I save for special occasions as I love it so much but it doesn’t come with a huge amount of product inside. It is £25 which is around the same price as a liquid Mac Studio Fix foundation, but I already know I’m going to be repurchasing this as soon as it’s ran out as we all know how hard it is to find that PERFECT foundation that blends well, doesn’t go patchy, matches our skin tone etc, and this is MY perfect foundation. The packaging makes the foundation very easy to apply and I use a beauty sponge to blend it all together. It’s easy to travel with and could even be used as a concealer as it is that full coverage. Overall I would definitely recommend to try as the price isn’t the most crazy for an Anastasia Beverly Hills product and I will be highly surprised if you don’t think it’s as great as I do.

Chanel Rouge Coco Lipstick

Okay so for a lipstick this may be a wee bit expensive. But it’s ended up in my favorites so that’s got to be saying something right? I was gifted this luxurious lipstick by one of my bestest friends so shoutout to Lydia. I feel like I rave about so many different lipsticks in my posts but honestly I’ve got so many I haven’t even included a quarter of them and all opinions on the product are 100% how I feel about them. My lipstick’s in the shade 474 ‘Daylight’ and it is a gorgeous nude color – and I LIVE IN nudes. It literally feels like I’m putting on a lip balm because of how hydrating it is and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fenty Gloss Bomb

Of course I had to include something from my favorite beauty brand, and ever since I bought it I’ve been using it ever since so I thought I may as well include it in my favorites. Let’s start by talking about the formula. The XXL wand applies the perfect amount of gloss onto your lips. It makes your lips look fuller and smoother and a thousand times more glossier. My Gloss bomb’s in the shade ‘Fenty Glow’ but I can’t wait to also try the other shades. A huge plus to this is that it is 100% cruelty free, so seriously what’s not to love? Riri actually said while creating this “I made it because I wanted the girls to get kissed more.” and if I didn’t already love Rihanna enough I now love her even more.

Novix Mystic Black Deep Hair Mask

From someone who often struggles with oily hair this hair mask is honestly the answer I’ve been looking for. I often wash my hair every 3 days as my hair is long and thick meaning it is the WORST for drying. It takes me almost a whole hour to dry it and that’s not at all exaggerated. By the 3rd day it tends to be slightly greasy and sometimes it could even get like that by the 2nd but this, this is the answer. During a shower I apply this mask instead of conditioner and leave it in for around 3 minutes before soaking it off and it leaves my hair looking healthy for days. It gives my hair that ‘next day after washing it’ look that we all love but everyday until I next wash it. This is the first hair mask I’ve ever tried as I’ve always been scared that it’ll make my hair greasier but in no doubt I will be repurchasing after seeing the difference this hair mask makes.

Ariana Grande Moonlight Perfume

Maybe this is a little dated now but the scent never gets old. I was gifted this by my Taid for Christmas and I wear it almost everyday – I guess you could say it’s my signature scent. The packaging is cute af and so is the scent. It’s fresh and fruity and is one of those perfumes that instantly makes you feel more confident to start the day. Okay so it’s not the most long lasting but it really isn’t bad for the price. It’s a strong, noticeable scent that people are likely to compliment straight away. It’s honestly such a cute gift and if you like that fruity/blackcurrant scent then you will for sure like this perfume.

An Italian Summer – by Fanny Blake

Lastly I thought I’d include a book I really enjoyed this month and must recommend to anyone who loves reading. I couldn’t put this book down and honestly it’s one of the best books I’ve read this year so far. The way Fanny Blake describes Italy as the character travels around it in order to unravel a secret is astonishing. I really couldn’t recommend this book enough. The plot twists, the story line, the betrayal of friends and family, the everything, the whole thing was completely amazing! I hope in the future Fanny Blake releases a sequel as I promise you once you’ve read it you WILL want to know more.

That’s the end of my March favorites, I tried to include the things I have been absolutely LOVING lately and that I hope you guys will love too. Thank you for reading, and if there are any other brands/products you would like me to write a review on or any fashion post ideas then please leave a comment down below.

Also, what were you loving throughout the month of March?
